"Culturally sensitive person-centred"

Supporting African, Asian and Caribbean communities in and around Coventry

Counselling Services

We have adopted a preventative approach to our service delivery, now providing health, wellbeing and social care support.

At the heart of all our services is the absolute commitment to deliver support that makes a difference. Our aims are:

  • To provide support to the BME community in Coventry and Warwickshire
  • To increase community understanding of mental health issues
  • To aid the health and wellbeing recovery process
  • To provide a holistic and person centred service
  • To reduce isolation and depression

Talking Therapy

It is well known that people from BME communities (particularly Caribbean British and African British) are often not offered talking therapies. We have always sought to address this imbalance by providing a counselling service.
